Hives are leading a team of consultants and have recently submitted a planning application and associated documentation for the redevelopment of a former brick works site for a large scale mixed use development comprising residential, employment, community facilities and associated infrastructure.

Further opportunities are being investigated for development in the growth area of the Northern Marston Vale.
