Leighton Linslade, Bedfordshire
Acting as project managers of a multi-disciplined team of different consultancies, Hives Planning Ltd, on behalf of clients Arnold White Estates and Willis Dawson Holdings, has submitted a planning application with environmental impact assessment for a sustainable urban extension comprising 4,400 new homes, employment parks, community facilities, distributor road and retail centres on to land to the east of Leighton Buzzard and Linslade.
Masterplanning and urban design for the scheme was led by Roger Evans Associates Ltd, whilst Stuart Michael Associates consulting engineers, led on transportation, traffic modelling, flood risk assessment, drainage, highway and development infrastructure.
